Dozecal stands out as an educational RPN (Reverse Polish Notation) calculator designed to facilitate the use of Base Twelve in mathematical and scientific contexts. This tool supports essential mathematical functions in both DUODECIMAL and DECIMAL modes, seamlessly converting inputs as users switch between these systems.

Utilizing RPN may initially appear complex; however, it offers significant advantages over traditional algebraic notation once mastered. The calculator operates with a stack system, where operations involving two numbers utilize the bottom layers of the stack (X and Y). To input numbers, users press ENTER to advance the stack and separate one entry from the next. Arithmetic operations can be performed by entering the first number, pressing ENTER to isolate it from the second, entering the second number, and then selecting an operator, such as +, -, *, or /. The result is displayed immediately following the operator key press.

For example, to calculate 3 + 4, the user follows this key sequence: 3 ENTER 4 +, yielding a result of 7. Notably, the outcome of an operation can be directly used as an operand without requiring an additional ENTER press. Thus, to add 2 to the previous result, one simply inputs 2 +, resulting in 9.

To extend this further with an illustrative calculation such as 5 * (3 + 4), the user would enter: 3 ENTER 4 + 5 *, or alternatively: 5 ENTER 3 ENTER 4 + *.
